Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Our medical staff and care teams in the partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs provide a supportive, structured environment to help you face life’s challenges. Designed for adults struggling with anxiety, depression, problematic substance use or mental health and well-being at home, work, or school, we offer a blend of therapies to guide you toward healing and resilience.

Treatment is provided at 4080 Port Chicago Highway in Concord. It does not take place in a hospital and there are no overnight stays. You’ll return home after each day in our program.

In our PHP and IOP programs, you’ll benefit from:
